Mini Skateboard Comic.
Hey Folks! I boothed at the Portland Zine Symposium two weeks ago, and I had such a blast. I got to sit next to all of the great Portland cartoonists (I shared a table with Virginia from Milkyboots which was really fun. She does a diary comic too…you should check it out!).
I got to paint in Greg Means sketchbook. He runs Tugboat Press, a publishing company that puts out “Papercutters”, an awesome comic that’s published several times a year that collects stories from some of the greatest artists out there. He carries around sketchbooks to the expos he presents and has artists draw in them…I painted in his “girls on skateboards” sketchbooks this time. It’s a little tidbit for you guys to enjoy since I haven’t posted in FOREVER!!!!
But i’ve got some good news for you guys…I’m practically unemployed again (I’m only working 5 hours a week at my day job), which means I’ll be able to do many more daily comics in the near future. So keep checking back and I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed. Have a wonderful weekend!
aw so cute! <3 And yay… more comics for my reading
Can't wait! Your art is so beautiful. Would you happen to have a twitter?
Sorry, I don’t have a twitter. Thanks for reading my comics!
