I’m obsessed with avocado. It’s perfection – I never understand when people don’t like it. In Jamaica–where I spent kidhood–we call avocado ‘pear.’ Isn’t that funny?!

I started doing daily journal comics a little over a year ago with some other friends just for fun. I have no aspirations to go further than posting them on the web, but I’m glad I found your’s. I haven’t been keeping up with mine lately >.> so this is giving me inspiration to get back into them.

Here in the Philippines, we treat avocado as a fruit. We eat it as it is, or sometimes, we mix it with condensed milk. Yum!
Or maybe the avocadoes here are just sweeter. I don’t know.
In Brazil we don’t eat salty avocado often, but is really common sweet. My favorite is avocado with honey and milk, shaked. I love it!
hahahahahha In Chile we eat avocado almost everyday, we call it “Palta”, we like to make a paste with it and salt, to eat it with bread, you should try it, is amazing. or mix it with salads
